Is this really happening to me?

I am a person that doesn't like to complain if I'm not injured. You know, throw some dirt on the wound and call it a day?

I don't like to make a fuzz.

It is therefore that I don't want to declare myself as an insomniac.

To me it just simply seems as if I have lost the inability to fall asleep on my own.

the people i host insomnia chat with have decided that they can no longer allow me free hosting and have decided to charge me for the privelledge of meeting you all. so i am thinking of either tryin to find another free host or closing down insomnia chat altogether.

as i am not sure people really use this site that often and there are certainly a few that seem to only want to complain about people never being on when they are on i don't think it would be a great

No I am not talking about alcohol haha. OK i used to drink heavily to help me sleep which obviously wasn't good for me. So now I have pretty much given up drink, the problem there was my insomnia became worse than ever. So i turned to natural sleeping tablets as I don't want anything from the doctor that I can get addict to and make me sleep too much.

The problem here is that some work for a bit but if i change brands they don't work or randomly the ones that did work don't always work.
