the people i host insomnia chat with have decided that they can no longer allow me free hosting and have decided to charge me for the privelledge of meeting you all. so i am thinking of either tryin to find another free host or closing down insomnia chat altogether.

OK i used to drink heavily to help me sleep which obviously wasn't good for me. So now I have pretty much given up drink, the problem there was my insomnia became worse than ever. So i turned to natural sleeping tablets as I don't want anything from the doctor that I can get addict to and make me sleep too much.

The problem here is that some work for a bit but if i change brands they don't work or randomly the ones that did work don't always work.
