dont you find that even we dont sleep you run out time to do things??? or is that just me lol well i hope you all are well out there in sleepless land ....it would be so nice to see people on here so we can all chat maybe we will have to set summert up so we can show there is more than just ermmm one on here at most times lol.....well yet again must be cupper time ..see you all xxx

fed up of counting cobwebs lol

well like everyone on here i suffer with insomnia and have done for about 18 years,at my worst i get about 9 hours sleep in 6 days then everyone wounders why im a bit snappy lol...what realy get me mad is people telling me its a faze just go to bed at a normal time and this will cure you ....well duuurrr dont they think iv tryed that and much more beside's...im new to this site and find it very hard to find anyone on lol hense why im writing on here lol my last night's sleep full with sleeping t… Continue

Haven't heard from u lately. U doing ok? Only news i have is had to put cat down, pancreatic cancer. Mean stuff, he didn't deserve that cruel an end.

Each time I log on I seem to be the only one. I have only just joined this site, so don't know how it works, but I expected even during the day to sometimes be able to speak with someone maybe in another part of the world that was not tucked up in bed like we are supposed to be. Maybe when the site is bigger more will log on.
