I have had severe insomnia in the past, I saw a phycologist and she made me realize something very important: The whole point is to get out there and be normal, To be normal which is what everyone here wants, you have to think normal, A normal person ither goes to school or work, choose one and go everyday, sleep or no sleep, this will be hard at first but I swear this cured my insomnia,and you must absolutley must set your alarm clock for 7:00am and wake up everyday at the same time,everyone needs to develop a routine, be active , social, and happy. I now am proud to say that I sleep normaly,Work hard and you will be in controll of yourself, Dont let insomnia controll your life any longer.
TIPS: If you dont sleep just stay up the whole next day till nighttime and you will be able to fall asleep at any desired time.
